It is not recommended to use generic atomoxetine 25mg if you have narrow-angle glaucoma, an adrenal gland tumor, heart disease or coronary artery disease or severe to moderate high BP. If people with high blood pressure take this medication, it can cause sudden death.

painful or difficult urination; or

erection is painful or lasts longer than 4 hours (this is a rare side effect).

dry mouth, loss of appetite;

Take Strattera with a glass full of water. Take the medicine at the same time each day.
